Tournament Rewards
Every day. A prize. A winner.
Win the tournament. Receive shares.
Share rewards go to the winner of an eligible tournament, using the existing ranking and tie-break rules. They are not rewards for providing liquidity or placing orders. Look for the share prize on the tournament before entering.
How is the value calculated?
Rewards are displayed in euros. 100 credits equal €1 for reward accounting. The default prize for new tournaments is 2,000 credits, equivalent to €20. The euro value is fixed when the tournament is created. Shares may be fractional; the number of shares depends on the fulfilment price and provider support. Their market value can subsequently rise or fall.
Which shares will I receive?
The reward matches the tournament asset: an Apple tournament with a €20 share prize awards €20 in Apple shares. The tournament states whether its prize is shares or legacy credits. A share reward is not also paid into your credit wallet.
When is a reward created?
The room must fill, the tournament must run and settle successfully, and a winner must be confirmed. The reward then appears in Rewards. A cancelled or underfilled tournament creates no share reward; existing entry refund rules apply.
Why is delivery pending?
Delivery is reviewed and arranged manually. Email required means we need your delivery details. Pending means review is still needed; Ready to send means it is queued. Sent requires confirmation of external delivery, and Claimed requires confirmation that you received it. There is no guaranteed delivery time in this first release.
How is my email used?
Provide the email associated with your Trade Republic account and confirm it belongs to you. Only you and authorised reward operators can access it to coordinate delivery. It is never shown in public tournaments, rankings or invitations. An email alone does not establish eligibility or complete any provider identity checks.
What if delivery fails?
A failed reward stays visible while our team investigates. It is not silently exchanged for credits. Operators check previous delivery evidence before retrying to prevent duplicate gifts. If you cannot claim a sent gift, contact support with your reward ID.
Countries and provider requirements
Share rewards are available only on tournaments that explicitly display them. Delivery depends on your country, provider account eligibility, identity verification and support for the asset and fractional shares. We review eligibility before arranging your gift. A missing or unverified requirement keeps delivery pending.
